Paulo is an Analyst at RAM. He supports the full lifecycle of the firm's investments, from underwriting new acquisition opportunities to portfolio asset management and property-level performance reporting. He works closely with the team to evaluate investment opportunities, identify value-add initiatives, and support refinancing strategies that drive long-term returns.

Prior to joining Richmond, Paulo worked as a Loan Asset Management Analyst at Peakhill Capital, where he ensured CMHC and MLI Select compliance across a large multifamily portfolio, with a focus on affordability analysis and annual reviews. He began his career as an Analyst on the Securities Lending team at RBC Investor Services, facilitating transactions and investor reporting.

Paulo holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University, with a focus in Global Management and Finance. 

Outside of work, Paulo enjoys spending quality time with his family. He loves staying active - hiking, playing soccer, and competing as a triathlete.
